Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dally'd (the “Service”), rodeo-management software for rodeo associations and the families who compete with them. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Dally'd provides tools for rodeo associations to manage entries, stock draws, run order, live scoring, standings, day sheets, memberships, and payout/tax reporting, plus a family portal for parents/guardians to enter contestants and view results.

Accounts and access

• Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time “magic link.” Keep access to your email account secure; anyone with your inbox can sign in as you.
• Association staff accounts can manage that association’s rodeos, contestants, scoring, and finances. Only invite people who should have that access.
• Family accounts are for parents/guardians (18+) managing their own children’s entries. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity under your account.
• You must have the legal authority to provide any contestant’s information, including a minor child for whom you are the parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access data belonging to associations or families you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or rodeo-association rule.

Roles and responsibility for data

Each association controls its own competition, membership, and financial records and is responsible for their accuracy and for handling member requests. Dally'd stores and processes that information on the association’s behalf. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and payments

• Entry fees, memberships, and payouts are set and administered by each association.
• When online payments are enabled, they are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe). Your use of payments is also subject to that provider’s terms. Dally'd does not store full card numbers.
• When you pay online, an itemized service fee is added to your total to support payment processing and the operation of the Service. This service fee is non-refundable, including when the association refunds your entry.
• Refunds for entries, scratches, or memberships are governed by the policies of the association you registered with. The association — not Dally'd — issues those refunds; Dally'd does not hold your funds.

Tax documents

For payout recipients who meet IRS reporting thresholds, the Service helps associations prepare informational tax forms (e.g., 1099s) using a taxpayer identification number you or the association provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Dally'd and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect. The data your association or family enters remains yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dally'd does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that results, standings, or calculations will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes; associations remain responsible for verifying official results and payouts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dally'd and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that poses a risk to the Service or others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
